Stubborn Manager

I believe you often see a stubborn manager in your office. The guy which has unique in managing their tasks. Sometime, people see him as tough-minded in chasing something, but do you know what's the different between tough-minded and stubborn ?
Each person has something a good side in situations, but in other way, it could be different. The important thing isn't how people can change its behavior every time in any different situations, i do believe it really difficult for all people to do it. It can't work !. But, by understanding where the people stand in particular situation, they have to know place their position and opportunities to get the target. It is a good for people to keep the focus on objective, it can be called as tough-minded. They are focusing to the point what should get it anyhow, by managing the way how to get there. This kind of manager has a lot of strategies how to manage until get there. He doesn't stay in one way without listening aspiration of the group. Sometimes, group have different views to complete the task, it could be faster than initial strategy. Manager should consider it by accepting to adjust the strategy. But, for stubborn manager, he will prefer to push what he think is correct, other ways are perceived as excused way of the group to delay finishing the task. We can say thais manager will not put their trust to the group. It's a stubborn manager !!.
